The contrast between technical materials and the broad curved display gives the interior a distinctive tension: focused driving equipment alongside a modern digital cockpit.
The details are worth slowing down for. Carbon is structural and visual; the wheel’s centre marker gives the driver a quick reference; the bucket seats turn the seating position into a defining part of the experience. BMW also identifies the CS through its door-sill lettering and model-specific interior details.
The interesting question is how that focus fits into everyday life. A photograph can show the materials, but it cannot answer how the seats suit a particular driver or how the cabin feels in traffic. Those are questions for a proper, unhurried test drive.
